Diagnosis
The system could not generate a payment request for an automatic external payment. This is probably due to missing or incorrect entries in table TBKKIHB5.
System Response
Procedure
Correct Customizing for the automatic external payments. Then the system will be able to generate the payment request during post processing of the item (report RFBKPOEX).
