Cannot combine the time periods of account balancing w. term balancing

Diagnosis
The Time Periods for Account Balancing feature cannot be combined with the Execute Term Balancing function. Only one of these functions is allowed to be active in the product (green traffic light).
Procedure
Deactivate one of these two attributes (red traffic light).
