Diagnosis
This account has a current term agreement that is being called. The withdrawal period start is either on or after the call date. The call date is one working day or calendar day before the term end (see the feature in the product).
Procedure
You need to enter a notice that has a withdrawal period start that is before the call date for the term agreement.
