Diagnosis
The Customizing settings specify that accounts that have the product used for the ordering party account must not participate in the general payment transactions (Account Management -> Basic Functions in Account Management -> Maintian Payment Transaction Settings for Deposit Banking -> Participation in Payment Transactions).
Payments to more than one participant are not allowed for these accounts.
