External root accounts are not permitted for hierarchy category &1

Diagnosis
External root accounts are not allowed for the current or selected hierarchy type .
If you want to change to external accounts to display entries, this is not possible for hierarchy type . Even if there are entries on your screen displaying external accounts, you cannot select hierarchy type using the F4 help, as only internal accounts are root accounts.

Switch to a display that allows entering the required hierarchy type.
