Diagnosis

You are trying to start a transaction in an application in the "Financial Services" Extension Set (EA-FINSERV). This Extension Set is inactive in your system. You are therefore not allowed to start the transaction.

You can set the indicators in the IMG activity Activation Switch for SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set). Note that you cannot switch off the Extension Set after it has been activated.
