Load IDs with CS Type 'C' can not be loaded

Diagnosis
Load IDs with control structure type 'C' (direct LID) are maintained
for direct input into the TAS-Reference-Table and cannot be loaded in
the user interface.

Try a load ID assigned to a pick-up or a shipment.
