Diagnosis
The assignment of an NF-e item is complete when the necessary data for the process can be determined. In most processes, the assignment of an NF-e item is complete when a PO number and PO item are assigned and the involved unites of measurement from the incoming XML document and the purchase order are known in the ERP and NFE systems. The appropriate ISO codes must be assigned to the units of measurement. If different units of measurement are involved, it must be possible to determine conversion factors.
If the assignment to a purchase order is not needed for further processing, only the conditions for the involved units of measurement apply.
System Response
If the assignment is incomplete in at least one NF-e item, the NF-e is counted as not assigned.
Procedure
Check which units of measurement, ISO codes, and conversion factors are used and maintain any necessary UoMs, ISO codes, and conversion factors in the ERP and NFE systems that have not been maintained yet.
