Diagnosis
No recipient e-mail address for notifications for the business partner was found in Customizing.
No entry exists for CNPJ of the business partner.
System Response
No notification for the status of the CT-e could be sent to the business partner.
Procedure
In the SAP Customizing structure, start activity "Maintain Communication Parameters for Partner Tax Numbers" and enter a recipient e-mail address for communication with your business partner. Then start the dispatch of notifications again.
