Diagnosis
Communication type "D" = Communication via DB (Local) was selected. This communication type is only allowed for your own CNPJ numbers – that is, the numbers maintained in table /XNFE/TCNPJ. To maintain your CNPJ numbers, choose "Nota Fiscal Eletronica -> General Settings -> Maintain Own Tax Numbers" in Customizing.
