Physical Path Name " " is not maintained in transaction FILE

Procedure

  • Call transaction FILE
  • Define a logical path name called "VIRSA_LOGICAL_PATH". Select the appropriate syntax group(UNIX, WINDOWS NT). and Assign Physical Path Name " " to this logical path name.,
    • Note : When assigning path names, the symbol <FILENAME> must appear at the end, for example: /usr/tmp/<FILENAME>
  • Create a logical file name called "VIRSA_LOGICAL_FILE" , and then assign the logical file path "VIRSA_LOGICAL_PATH" to this. DO NOT enter anything in the physical file name field.
