Procedure
Check the spelling of the desired intent and form factor.
Note that the intent is case sensitive.
Relax the filter criteria.
Try wild-cards for the intent ( *-* ), removing the form factor filter and unchecking the "restrict to assigned roles"-checkbox to relax the filter.
Then carefully add filters to restrict the selection.
