Diagnosis

You must specify a country of destination (or a destination country group) if you want to determine restitution rates.

System Response

If the system does not have this information, it cannot determine the relevant restitution rate, and as a result terminates restitution calculation entirely.

Procedure

Make sure that a country of destination has been specified for the relevant document. If you are simulating the restitution calculation, make sure that you have specified a country of destination or destination country group.
