Administrative unit lies in country , and no preference agreement has been activated yet for this country.
System Response
Processing is canceled.
Procedure
Check the Customizing for SAP Risk Management.
You have to configure the following settings in Customizing:
- Create and activate preference agreement under path:
- Präferenzabkommen anlegen und aktivieren unter folgendem Pfad:
SAP Global Trade Services -> General Settings -> Legal Regulations
- Activate preference agreement for the "Preference Processing" service under the following path:
"Preference Processing" Service -> Preference Agreement Service -> Activate Preference Agreement
We recommend activating preference agreements at country group level for preference processing, in order to model the respective preference agreements.
Please note that preference agreements are managed as legal regulations in the general part of Customizing for SAP Global Trade Services.
Procedure for System Administration
Contact your system administrator to arrange to transport the Customizing changes.
