System cannot determine a free key for table HTTPURLLOC

Diagnosis
The system was unable to determine an available key to save the host name.
System Response
The system does not save the entry.
Procedure
Give the system administrator the following data for analysis:
In SAP Preference Management, an entry in table HTTPURLLOC is required to generate the URL for vendors. The key block area from 4000 upwards is provided for this purpose. However, this area is already full as a result of existing entries from other applications.
