The HTTPS service is not switched to active.

Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
- Choose transaction /nsmicm.
- In the menu, choose Goto -> Service.
- The system displays the services.
- Choose the HTTPS service.
- To activate the HTTPS service, choose Service - > Activate.
