You requested vendor-based LTVDs for a past calendar year.
System Response
Processing is canceled. The request of vendor-based LTVDs based on already requested or maintained LTVDs ("initial request") is only possible for the current fiscal year or future fiscal years. Preference processing after the fact is not supported.
Procedure
Change the request date.
