Do you really want to archive active LTVDs?

Diagnosis
You want to archive long-term vendor declarations for the current fiscal year. The long-term vendor declarations that you delete from the database or file system are no longer available for follow-on processes, such as aggregation, re-transfer of preference indicators, or revocation.
System Response
The system issues a warning to make you aware of this.
Procedure
Maintain a retention period of at least 365 days to ensure that the long-term vendor declarations for the current fiscal year are available for follow-on processes.
