Diagnosis
You have selected products for calculation whose plant groups lie in different preference zones of an agreement.
System Response
The system can only calculate products whose plants lie in one preference zone of an agreement.
Procedure
If your product selection includes several plant groups that lie in different preference zones for an agreement, you have to use the plant group as an additional selection criterion.
Select the plant groups that lie within one preference zone for an agreement. This will reduce the results of product selection to those products that belong to the plant groups in one preference zone for an agreement.
To run the calculation for the other products, you have to start preference calculation again and select a different preference zone of the agreement, and repeat as often as necessary.
