Diagnosis
The import registration number must be transferred with 21 characters. The item number appears in n4 format in front of the registration number.

Procedure
Enter the registration number, including the item number, in the Number of Document field. Alternatively, you can enter the registration number in the Number of Document field and the item number in the Supplement field.
