The business identification number (BIN) has an incorrect format.
System Response
The message cannot be sent.
Procedure
Business identification numbers can be defined in the master data of a business partner to comply with a legal regulation.
Enter the correct format for the business identification number. In the SAP GTS Area Menu, choose Customs Management -> Master Data -> Organizational Data -> Maintain Business Identification Numbers.
