Diagnosis

You are not authorized to execute message . No user name (a different user name) is assigned to the responsible employee with identification , who is recorded in this customs declaration. To execute the message, the responsible employee must be assigned the same user name as the name you used to log on to the SAP GTS system.

The same responsible employee must also send the electronic declaration. The identification numbers, such as "Declarant Code" and "PIN Code", are saved with the responsible employee and authenticate the validity of the electronic declaration.
