The document type OT requires the use of document category Previous Document with the document type DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences).

Procedure

Create a document due to other discrepancy.

  1. In the Category field, use input help to select Previous Document.
  2. In the Type field, use input help to select DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences). The DI document points to the original item.
  3. Create a new document.
  4. Save your entries.
