Diagnosis
The original item and the item that shows the discrepancy () both have the same values. However, the original item and the modified item must not be identical.
System Response
Procedure
- If you want to report a discrepancy in the items, at least one value (gross weight or number of packages) must differ from the original item.
- If you only want to report a missing document in the items area, you need to create a document with category Previous Document and type NP44# (Discrepancy, Document).
- If you want to report other discrepancies, you need to create a document with category Previous Document and type OT (Other Discrepancy).
