Procedure

Create a document due to the missing documents.

  1. In the Category field, use input help to select Previous Document.
  2. In the Type field, use input help to select DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences).
  3. Use the 'DI' document to refer to the original item.
  4. Save your entries.

    Note

    The document type NP requires the use of document category Previous Document with the document type DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences).
