Create header document due to a discrepancy in the items area

Diagnosis

One of the following occurred: You specified one or more discrepancies for a new item with the document category Previous Document and the type NE (Discrepancy, New Item) in the items area, or the following values of the discrepant item differ from the values of the referenced original item:

  • Number of packages of the item
  • Gross weight of the item

System Response

Procedure

Because of the discrepancy in the items area, you need to specify at least one document with the category Submitted Document in the header area.

  1. Select one of the following documents in the header area:
    • DI5 Discrepancy in the Number of Items
    • DI6 Discrepancy in the Number of Packages
    • DI35 Discrepancy in the Total Gross Mass
  2. Create a new document.
  3. Save your entries.
