A discrepancy cannot be entered when the shipment is conform

Diagnosis
You have entered discrepancies in the document header in document category Submitted Documents even though Conform is set.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether the customs shipment has any discrepancies.
- If discrepancies exist, deselect the Conform indicator in the document header.
- If no discrepancies exist and the customs shipment is conform, delete all documents that have the category Submitted Document.
