Diagnosis
At the item level in document category Previous Document, you entered a document with the type DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences) to be able to reference the original item. The related input field Item has not been entered.
System Response
Procedure
Enter the original item, to which item refers.
- In the Category field, use input help to select Previous Document.
- In the Type field, use input help to select DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences).
- Enter the number of the original item in the Item field of document type DI (Discrepancy, Item with Information about Differences).
- Save your entries.
