Use transaction BP to maintain the time zone for the legal unit

Diagnosis
The send and receipt times of the EDI messages are saved in GTS with the time zone of the legal unit. This time zone is passed on in the control structure for the IDoc, field TECTZN or CRETZN, during data collection.
System Response
Procedure
Make sure the time zone is specified for the legal unit. To do this, use transaction BP.
Make sure the time zone is not removed in a BAdI during outbound processing.
