Time zone (TECTZN) of received message missing in IDoc

Diagnosis
The time zone (TECTZN) of the received message is missing in the IDoc. Together with the date (TECDAT) and time (TECTIM), this value specifies the earliest possible receipt time of the message. This can be the time of receipt on an FTP server, for example, or in the mailbox. This triple value must always be set by the converter and is relevant for the log book.

Procedure
When converting the inbound message, the converter must fill field TECTZN of IDoc segment /SAPSLL/E2CCEHD_CNTRL with a time zone.
