Document is in the fallback procedure. Processing of the inbound IDoc is not allowed.

You have not output any messages since adding the document to the fallback procedure. The inbound IDoc is a reply by the customs authorities to a message that you sent before adding the document to the fallback procedure. You can cancel the fallback procedure for the document as long as you have not processed any messages in the fallback procedure.

To process the inbound IDoc, if you decide for processing in the fallback procedure, output a message or, if you do not, cancel the fallback procedure for document .
