You cannot send; quantities to be declared are no longer current

Diagnosis

No item in the customs shipment may be sent as the managed quantities are no longer up to date.

The system determined that in declaring these items a greater quantity was declared than was transferred to GTS.
This situation arises if cancellations have been posted and transferred to GTS after a customs shipment has been created from the customs worklist.

System Response

Procedure

Cancel the customs shipment. By doing this, the quantities of the customs shipment items are saved back to the customs worklist.
After this, start the transaction for creating customs shipments from the worklist. If possible, create a new customs shipment for the relevant entries.
