Business identification numbers can be maintained in the master data for a business partner based on a legal regulation.

The following access sequence is used for business identification numbers for outbound customs shipments and customs declarations:

1. Local communication partner
2. Declarant's representative

4. Declarant
5. Consignor

The following sequence is used for customs shipments and customs shipments in receiving/import

1. Data transmission service provider
2. Representative
3. Local communication partner
4. Principal
5. Declarant
