Diagnosis
You have entered a quantity of sensitve goods without entering a commodity code.
System Response
In accordance with amendment 44c ZK-DVO, you must enter a commodity code for sensitive goods .
Procedure
Enter a commodity code or remove the entry in the quantity of sensible goods field, by choosing the Item --> Destination tabpage.
