The partner agreement is not maintained.

System Response

No partner agreement could be determined for the sent logical message.

Procedure

Maintain the partner agreement (transaction WE20) for the relevant partners.

These are the customs offices with which you wish to communicate.

In general, customs shpiments/declarations with an inbound goods direction are sent to the office of destination, while the office of departure is the normal case for the outbound goods direction. Periodic collective declarations are normally sent to a main customs office.

Maintain the partner number of the customs office as the partner in the partner agreement. Assign the appropriate logical message type to the customs office.
