Diagnosis
The selected entries are no longer current, due to a new previous document.
System Response
The worklist entries you selected where changed in the feeder system while you were editing them in SAP GTS. A previous document was specified for the inbound delivery, which means this delivery no longer qualifies for a customs declaration prior to goods receipt. To avoid inconsistent declarations, the customs declaration is not created. The data will be selected again automatically, to ensure that the worklist contains current data again.
Procedure
When you close this declaration, the worklist is refreshed. You can then continue as usual.
Inbound deliveries with MRNs result in customs shipments. Therefore, be sure to note the newly created customs import shipments under SAP Customs Management Transit / Presentation.
A customs declaration with previous paper is only possible after goods receipt.
