The selected material document is still in the worklist of customs declarations after GR.

System Response

A material document was selected that is still contained in the worklist of customs declarations after GR. As a result, customs declarations from this work list may be included in the open quantity displayed. Therefore, the displayed quantity difference can be reduced by customs declarations in the worklist of customs declarations after goods receipt.

Procedure

Go to the worklist for customs declarations after goods receipt and process the material documents completely for the customs declarations. The quantity comparison should no longer show an open quantity for this material document.
