Diagnosis
The definitive send time for the outbound message cannot be determined.
From a technical perspective, this send time is passed on to SAP GTS by the converter system using a status IDoc with status 22 and saved with the IDoc for the outbound message. If, as a result of a communication error, there is not exactly one status IDoc of this type for the outbound message, the send time is undefined.
System Response
If an outbound message has an undefined send time within the communication of a supplementary customs declaration with the customs system, then all items sent in that outbound message are considered to be relevant for a change SCD in the scenario for automated change SCDs.
In this case, the description "Message Flow" is specified in the processing log as the reason for relevance for a change SCD for the affected items.
