Help Document
Diagnosis
This item is considered relevant for a change SCD if one of the following cases applies:
- The definitive send time for the outbound message in which this item is contained cannot be determined. From a technical perspective, this send time is passed on to SAP GTS by the converter system using a status IDoc with status 22 and saved with the IDoc for the outbound message. If, as a result of a communication error, there is not exactly one status IDoc of this type for the outbound message, the send time is undefined.
- The reply message for the supplementary customs message cannot be read. This is necessary to correctly determine the processing status of the supplementary customs declaration after receipt of the reply message.
- The outbound message is the initial SCD. In this case, all items sent with this message are generally considered relevant for a change SCD. The reason for this is the ATLAS logic, which only allows the transmission of certain item data in an initial SCD if it differs from the data in the corresponding customs declaration. Since the affected IDoc fields for the initial SCD were not filled in this case, a comparison of certain item data between the current SCD document and the initial SCD based on the IDoc data of the outbound message is not possible.
System Response
If any of the above cases applies, the reason for the corresponding item is listed in the processing log.
