Customs declaration header &1 / &2 relevant for change message (&3)

Diagnosis

This customs declaration header is considered relevant for a change SCD if one of the following cases applies:

The definitive send time for the outbound message in which this customs declaration is contained cannot be determined. From a technical perspective, this send time is passed on to SAP GTS by the converter system using a status IDoc with status 22 and saved with the IDoc for the outbound message. If, as a result of a communication error, there is not exactly one status IDoc of this type for the outbound message, the send time is undefined.
The reply message for the supplementary customs message cannot be read. This is necessary to correctly determine the processing status of the supplementary customs declaration after receipt of the reply message.
