Diagnosis

Initial transfer to customs warehouse not performed. Therefore, no declarations are possible.

System Response

You want to declare a product for inward processing or processing under customs control, but that product is also relevant for the customs warehouse. The customs warehouse manages both duty-paid and duty-unpaid stocks in SAP GTS. As a result, a totals stock is managed in SAP GTS for inward processing and processing under customs control. This totals stock can only be calculated correctly if the initial transfer for customs warehouse stocks has been performed. Otherwise there will be stock differences between SAP GTS and the feeder system used for inventory management.

Start the initial transfer of the customs warehouse stock.
