Diagnosis
You entered a previous document type that is used to assign form numbers. The same previous document type can only exist once in each header or item, however.
System Response
When you confirm this information message, the system saves your entries.
Procedure
You can then decide which of the two entries you want to keep for further processing. If you keep both numbers, there is no guarantee that the correct form number will appear on printouts.
