Diagnosis

This document contains aggregated items and is already registered with the customs authorities. You have changed item information that is defined as aggregation criteria for this procedure area. Subsequent changes to this item information are not allowed.

System Response

You cannot save the document.

If the pending electronic message results in a new declaration with the customs authorities (replacement declaration), you can execute that message. The system saves the document automatically when the document is sent.

Procedure

The following options are available, depending on which procedure area is involved:

• Cancel the item changes. If you are not sure which document characteristics you changed, simply exit document processing without saving.
• Execute an electronic message that results in a new declaration of the business transaction with the customs authorities.
• Cancel the document.
