Conversion error in module &1, field &2, value &3

Diagnosis
A conversion error occurred whilst attempting to convert unit of measurement from an ISO format to a corresponding SAP format.
This error can have the following causes:
- No assignment to an internal code was found for the ISO code. No corresponding internal code exists or the internal code is not assigned to the ISO code.
- The code is not unique.
