Diagnosis

The file name must have the following structure:

<Description>_<File type>_<Version><File number><Max. number of files per version>.XML

• You can choose any description you wish.
• The following values can be used for the file type:
• 'I' = Master file (Initial file)
• 'U' = Update
• The version is a five-digit, sequential number.
• The file number is a three-digit, sequential number.
• The maximum number of files per version is a three-digit, sequential number.

Example:

The file MN_I_00001001005.xml is the first of five files belonging to version 00001. The 'I' stands for master file and MN was chosen to stand for material number.
