Diagnosis
You changed the Customizing settings during document processing. This created inconsistencies between document contents and Customizing.
System Response
You cannot use the input help for the sequence number for the type of document of the INF2 form.
Procedure
To correct the inconsistency, proceed as follows:
- Delete document at position and enter the document for the INF2 form as defined in Customizing
or
- Change the assignment of document category INF2 in the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Maintain Customs Code Lists for Legal Regulation
