Diagnosis

Business partners were blocked by a sanctioned party list screening. If these business partners are assigned to a document, this document is also blocked. The corresponding document can then only be unblocked manually if no SPL business partner blocks exist. You can only manually release SPL blocks that were generated as a result of an address change for a business partner in the document.

System Response

Manual release of the document is terminated.

Procedure

To release the document manually anyway, you must first release the corresponding business partner (for example, using the Periodic SPL Screening for Business Partners - Scenario B1). If the document is still blocked then, you can release it.
