Diagnosis

The user does not have the necessary authorizations to perform the SPL check.

System Response

Processing is suspended.

Procedure

Assign the authorizations required to the user for each legal regulation. The following authorizations are required for the respective SPL check scenarios:

  • Check partners with modified addresses, periodic check of partners and check of partners following an SPL update:
    • Display authorization for SPL master (authorization object GTS_SPL)
    • Creation and change authorization for partner master (authorization object GTS_BP_LRG)
  • Check documents with changed addresses, periodic check of documents and check of documents following an SPL update:
    • Display authorization for SPL master (authorization object GTS_SPL)
    • Creation and change authorization for documents (authorization object GTS_CD_LRG)
  • SPL simulation for partners
    • Display authorization for SPL master (authorization object GTS_SPL)
    • Display authorization for partner master (authorization object GTS_BP_LRG)
  • SPL simulation for documents
    • Display authorization for SPL master (authorization object GTS_SPL)
    • Display authorization for documents (authorization object GTS_CD_LRG)
  • SPL simulation of an independent address
    • Display authorization for SPL master (authorization object GTS_SPL)
