Diagnosis

If the following conditions apply, it may not be possible to consider all the relevant documents for sanctioned party list screening:

You have activated "Check only for changed addresses" in SAP GTS Customizing for the corresponding legal regulation
At least one of the partners assigned to the document is on a sanctioned party list and therefore blocked in the system

System Response

The documents to which the above conditions apply are ignored during sanctioned party list screening.

To include these documents in SPL scenarios B2 and C2, modify the GTS Customizing as described below:

IMG path: Global Trade Services --> SAP Compliance Management --> "Sanctioned Party List Screening" --> Control Settings for "Sanctioned Party List Screening" Service
Go to the detail screen of the legal regulation in question
Choose value "1 Status Check of Unchanged Addresses (Partner Addresses)"
Save your entries

You can use transaction SLG1 to check the application log to review documents that were ignored during sanctioned party list screening.
