4CAUSE&

When licenses are created with reference to an agreement and maximum values or quantities are specified for each assigned material, you must assign a reference material to each material. This is because the materials that are actually exported are generally not mentioned specifically in the agreement, which means material numbers can differ between agreement and export license. In most cases, you assign a material that is defined locally in the SAP GTS system to the agreements.

System Response

You cannot enter maximum values or quantities until you have assigned a reference material to each material.

Procedure

Choose Materials in the attribute overview and assign a reference material to each material.
